3.1Servo motors full coverage, fully electric. Cycle time is reduced from 4 sec to 2 sec, double production.
a.Preform Feeding System
b.Preform Transfer System: preforms horizontal movements are driven by Servo Motor. Make preforms 6pcs as one unit, overall simplified stepping motion, achieve high-speed positioning and smooth motion. To complete one step cycle, the Servo Motor drive gear rotate only one-third of a turn. Speed of preform moving is 2 times of Cylinder Driven way.
v.Mold Clamping System: The servo motor drives the rocker linkage, driving frame and the bottom mold opening and closing. Reaction time is reduced to 50% compared to traditional pneumatic model. Simple structure, no wear, longer use life.
d.Stretch System: Servo motor precisely controls the movement of stretch rods, and the accuracy can reach 1 mm. According to the adjustment of the bottle type, greatly improve the blowing adjusting process of flexibility, accuracy, improve the quality of products.
3.2 Schneider Servo motion control system
Using Schneider PLC Servo System, PTO system(Pulse/Train/Output servo positioning module) works on high speed positioning.
3.3 Mold fixed by drawer design, mold changeover can be easily done in half hour.
3.4 Preform feeding & transfer chains adopts composite Nylon polymer, which is light, wear resistant and without deformation. It’s customized according to the bottle neck size and is perfectly matched with perform neck, effectively reducing the wear between preforms and eliminating the blocking of the performs.
